Payment is required 10 weeks prior to your arrival or at the time of booking if your arrival is less than 10 weeks out.

Reservation Deposit
A reservation deposit is required to secure the home for your stay. See listing above for amount required.
Accidental Rental Damage Insurance
Simply pay a one time fee of just $45. This insurance policy gives you coverage against accidental damage to your vacation home up to the amount of $1500. This fee replaces the traditional security deposit meaning that we do not hold a substantial amount of your money for several months. This enables you to spend this extra money during your vacation. Similar insurance can cost over $65 for just $500 worth of coverage.

Booking Fee
A booking/administration fee of $25.00 will be added to your total amount.
Cancelled Bookings
The following cancellation charges will apply:
• Greater than 10 weeks before arrival - Loss of Reservation Deposit
• Between 5 and 10 weeks before arrival - Loss of 50% of Total Amount
• Less than 5 weeks before arrival - Loss of 100% of Total Amount
Travel Insurance
We encourage you to take out a travel insurance policy. For your convenience we are fully licensed to offer insurance through Travel Guard, although you are not in any way obliged to use this insurance. The rate is 7% of your total booking minus ARDI. Smoking and Pets
For all our guests comfort smoking and pets are strictly prohibited within all our properties. Evidence of either will result in the you being asked to vacate the property without compensation. We appreciate your consideration.
Miscellaneous Information
Minimum stay 5 days.
Minimum 10 day stay during Easter & Christmas holidays.
All rates and availability are subject to verification by ourselves after booking.
We cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions on this website including but not limited to rates, availability and home specifics. In the unlikely event that this should occur we will endevour to resolve the matter to the guests satisfaction.
